Wagyu Beef

We also offer the option to order beef in bulk as quarters and halves. These orders can be placed in our store the same as our other items and require a deposit.  After placing your order we will provide the locker plant with your number and they will give you a call and help walk you through the process. Some things to keep in mind.

• Quarters and Halves have to be preordered and lead time will vary depending on when we have a processing date available.
• When you purchase a quarter or half you are charged for the beef and the processing fee. The processing fee will vary depending on what cuts you decide you want.
• The customer is responsible for picking up the beef at the locker plant and will also pay the entirety of the processing fee to the processing plant upon pickup.
• You will be charged a deposit when you first place your order, your card will be charged the remainder of the cost of the beef minus the deposit once we receive the hanging weight from the plant.  All processing fees are paid to the processing plant on the day you pick up the beef.
